Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please email lazasheshop@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card provider.
For EU orders, refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
