1. Access & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their account.
Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or shared without our permission.

2. Products & Orders

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; actual items may vary in color, size, or appearance.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.

3. Prices & Billing

Prices reflect the amount at checkout and may not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times depend on the item, stock availability, and location:
- Some items ship in 1–3 business days.
- Other orders may take up to 2 weeks, depending on delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for carrier, customs, or other delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once items are handed to the carrier.
Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.

5. European Union Customers

EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery, without reason, in compliance with EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
Notify us via lazasheshop@gmail.com to cancel.
Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notification.
Customers are liable only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond inspection.

6. Returns & Refunds

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Certain items (undergarments, perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards) are non-returnable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (EU: 14 days in compliance with law).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including logos, images, text, and designs, belongs to Lazashe or our licensors.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our Services may include third-party tools or links. Use them at your own risk.
We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

9. Feedback

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted may be used by Lazashe freely for commercial purposes, without compensation.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Violate laws or third-party rights
Harass, defame, or harm others
Upload viruses or malicious code
Spam, advertise, or solicit without consent
Impersonate others or provide false information
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services and products are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customers agree to indemnify Lazashe for claims arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
For customers outside the UAE, including those in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction will apply, to the extent such laws cannot be waived by agreement.
By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE for any disputes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
